Any one got the datasheet for SLD323A

Hello,

Anyone got the datasheet for the laser diode SLD323A ( SONY 405NM Violet/Blue 50mw Laser Diode ).

I tried on the net but never got this one exactly. Just wanted to know if it is single-mode laser diode.

I am positive that all common 405nm diode are single mode. They are used for scribing the BR discs and needs a pinpoint dot to burn.
