I hear ya there. I may just convert it to a 520nm. Going searching for parts, any recommendations are appreciated though. I'd love to hit the 200mw or up mark.

There are some 808nm 500mW diodes on
eBay selling specifically for green lasers.
Just make sure you have the right safety
glasses.
