hi
I am planning to put my laser in an aixiz module and into an altoid tin. My problem is that I have been looking around and I can't find a heat sink that is the right shape (square) and size to fit correctly. does anyone know of someone that sells heatsinks like this (preferable under $25)?
Thanks in advance,

I know Jayrob & Ehgemus both create heatsinks. Measure the dimensions you want for your heatsink & ask them about price or post something like "WTB custom square heatsink" in Buy, Sell, & Trade.

I hope you post pictures of your altoids build when finished. :D

What kind of diode are you planning on using? You may not even need one. If you're insisting on using a heat sink, I suggest you get a metal project box and ditch the altoids tin.

My PHR in an altoids tin is only set at 95mA and doesn't need a heatsink on top of the axis. I'm not sure about the lpc-815 though.
