I am living and working in Seoul, South Korea and I am having problems sourcing
reasonably priced components for a hackintosh build (OS X86) build. I know the components
I need.
They are:
a) i7 3770K processor ~$400.00
b) Gigabyte Z77X-UT5-TH motherboard should be ~ $240... Korea = 450,000W =$405
c) RAM 16GB 1600Mhz DDR3 for now ($?)
d) 850W PSU $200
e) 512GB SSHD Samsung $600 System disk (trim apparently not needed for Gigabyte motherboard)
f) 2TB 7200RPM HD $120
g) EVGA 680GTX graphics card ~$600
This is my proposed build at the moment. However looking at my costs here I think order is the only sane thing to do.
If anyone can source lower cost components in Korea, I am all ears.
so far.... not much luck.
