aixiz lens nut dimensions?

Does anybody have the thread pitch and diameter of the aixiz lens nut? I've read that it is M9x0.5, but I can't find any taps that are that size and its hard to turn threads inside something that small! I'm hoping that it is M9x0.75, but a solid answer either way is good!

I have the tap and die. It is 9mm x 0.5mm available at Victor Machinery with a $25 min. order.

Thanks! This will make my job a little easier, they are even plug taps! All I've been able to find is taper taps and they wouldn't work.
