That's what I got from IgorT. A very reputable knowledgeable member. Opinions differed on this. So take what you can from it all.
 





What I get out of it is that if you have a 200mW+ RED its better than plastic for longevity. If you get a few extra mWs its a bonus. If you live in the US I'll send you one for free. I have no use for it cause I'm a Blu-Ray junkie.

@Tech_Junkie I don't know what mw I'm at. I don't have a meter but I'm at 400ma. I'm in Pa. in the states. That's really nice of you! Thank you!
