about 16x DVD burner diode

could anyone tell me what driver to use and waht current to use to get maximal performance 9i think about making the MXDL torch from DDL's tutorial

Yeah use either a [link=http://www.laserpointerforums.com/forums/YaBB.pl?num=1185701612/0#0]DDL driver that you make yourself[/link] or buy a [link=http://rkcstr.nfshost.com/]Rkcstr Microdriver[/link] and use that.

set current to 200mA (250mA-270mA if you buy the diode from SenKat @ stonetek, his are special 16x diodes).
