Bought it from Glenn (scopeguy). It is CNI. I am assuming he got it from a GB

I also have a magnetic stripe card reader/writer/encoder. Comes with over 100 blank magnetic stripes (HiCo & LoCo)
 
Connection? Like to the computer? It uses serial but I can also include a serial-to-usb converter. I was able to make 1:1 copies of my friends' ID cards at college which meant I could get into their building and rooms :)
 
I was hoping for something ~ $210 because its only a few months old and it comes with over 100 blank magnetic stripes
