Admin can define the chat level of users by groupname in the admin center under forum configuration (Different chat levels have different chat privalages and functions)
Admin can ban/unban users in admin center by user name, user IP
Guest chatting support (Allow/Disallow guest chatting by edit Forum Preferences and Settings)

yeah i saw that but it says '1 Gold - Release' for req'd yabb version for that mod

i dont think it will work but i could be wrong
