Did you already buy that as it seems a bit expensive for a 650/660 diode just in a module. Not sure if it has a driver as it lists a working current and does not mention a driver. The diodes are about $10 and a module is about $5.

If you need to buy something via ebay I have lots diodes in modules listed there but no 650nm.
