I can imagine the duty cycle being like maybe 30 seconds on /1 minute off anyone know ?

Shouldn't be anywhere near that bad. Stick to 60/60 is you want to play it safe, but 30 seconds is very conservative.

Well i think the lower mode can be constant for quite some time, but im not sure theres 5 modes! each one must be different times

Duty cycle is quite long enough for any burning action.
Just watch out the heat of the host.
