635nm 500mW price?

Hey everyone,
I'm thinking of making a 635nm build in 4-6 months.
So, since I'll only be buying the diode in a few months, I'm wondering if the price of the 500mW ML501P73 is expected to drop. If not, I'll stick to the 300mW diode.

The prices of all diodes will drop in time. Seeing the history of LPC, 445nm etc none of the diode prices will raise. I would wait buying the diode until you are ready to build.
