Do I understand correctly that because the RF pre-amp Driver board is included only a powersupply of 5v at 300mA and 12V at 4A is needed ?
Is there a TTL input or other on/off switching mechanism included ?

I might be interested in a cutting laser for my cnc machine I'm going to build but I'm not sure you would be able to ship a laser of this power to europe.
(and I don't have the money now) Are there any left ?
