I have discovered how to get tight solder connections like DTR
Strip only about 1mm off your silicon wire and put it into your driver board hole, then solder with the wire not quite sticking out of the hole, let the solder flow into the hole and copper wire but don't cook your driver, I use Kester "44" .8mm solder.
I have been getting good clean connections that don't short when bonding the drivers 8 pin chip to my case.
I like how your heat sink is flush with the convoy so it's all the same diameter, this is what I want.
I would like to buy some convoy with this brass heat sink like this, maybe make the brass sink twice this length.
I'm sure Rick can do that, people in my country always like brass because it's cheap, nice, but I've always wanted to use aluminum or copper.
Edit: making such output will make the host more harmonious, which will probably be the destination in my future builds
Lifetime17I think he's asking about this
this is 17mm contact broad,it is driver 7135 but just is broad,5Ampe is okay for it reloader45
i will show you how i can contact with batterry, maybe in next build(5-10days more)
Thank all
