of course i would wear goggles im just saying that id never pay so much money for a laser that would force me to wear them.

Nothing would force you to use them. I don't wear goggles when I'm using it outside, and while I'm looking at the beam inside. Also, if you need a 5mW green on Ebay, get a Leadlight http://cgi.ebay.com/LEADLIGHT-5mw-5...1071383QQcmdZViewItem?_trksid=p3286.m20.l1116, although, personally, I would get a Lyra-C.

Yes, they will ship any laser that is <= 5mW
