5mW 520nm Modules on eBay for $100

I just saw these on eBay:
MDF520 5 5 3 8x9 15 520nm 5mW 5V 3 8x9 15mm with MPD Direct Green Laser Modules | eBay

I'm curious to what laser diodes are in these things. The seller has these listed in 1mW-5mW units, and they use 3.8mm laser diodes.

Are there any other green laser diodes on the hobby market other than the Osram 30mW and 50mW? I've been out of the loop for a while so I was wondering if there are any lower powered green laser diodes out there.

Looks very fishy... I wouldn't trust it. There's no backing to the claim, so...
