I'm interested in your 589 but to be honest not for that price. when buying a used laser the buyer is taking a risk. I have no idea how much run time is actually on it, how you cared for your lasers, followed suggested duty cycle ext. so for me the risks don't outweigh saving only 20$. I would rather buy new.

I not saying you are lying, or treated your lasers poorly. This isn't personal it's just how,it is. A buyer needs to approach any transaction with these risks in mind so don't take my words as attacking you.
I have bought 2 used lasers that were not what they were said to be so since then I am more careful and the cost savings has to be significant enough to take the chance. I'll keep an eye out on this thread but I'd say the fact that nobody has bought the 589 in these many weeks to me shows your firm asking price may be not very attractive to buyers. as yellow is a very popular wl at the moment. These usually sell in days if not hours,

Saving a bit more than $20 as shipping is included, but I see where you are coming from and will take it all into consideration.

Condition physically is brand new and is always kept in its anti static sleeve it originally arrived in and no battery in it.

Run time I would estimate a total of about 1 1/2 to 2 hour totals with most runs being approx a minute.

Anyone having any questions or doubt I would be more than pleased to do a live LPM test on skype etc for any laser.

Olympus if you would like to PM what you see as a reasonable offer than please do so. I'm no longer in a rush to sell as my trip and marriage proposal are over. Am selling now because I have a lack of time to enjoy each laser and want someone else to be able to experience the joy they bring.

Thanks,
Gr3en

I wouldn't worry over it. he's a reputable member and honestly, unless it's been thoroughly abused, like...left on all night abuse...its likely fine in all seriousness. they can typically handle a few minutes of run time fairly easily, and I can vouch that I know he takes care of his stuff.

Cool thank you both. Let me get my other transactions dealt with and I will be in touch. Sounds like this is a well cared for laser and is a great option for an additional 589 for my photography projects.
Cheers mates,

You haven't given me your paypal address so I can send money for the 561 and 473 as we were discussing in the pms. Also I have a 589 and dragon lasers sent out some good units so you guys might want to consider this.
