Seems like a great deal. I have a few of these (from DX [they are ~$1.49]) and they aren't built very well. I have had several of the legs fall off of mine, but they are easily glued back on. The tripod doesn't support that much weight either. I wouldn't use it for an expensive camera, but coupled with these: DealExtreme: $2.71 Universal Clamp Mount for Tripods (Holds up to 3.8cm Thick Objects)
