561nm GLP

The pic with the hue shift looks a lot like I pictured the color in my head. Very interesting hue. Congrats and I'm also looking forward to Bruce comparison pics.

Can't wait to see his photos too. I don't use fog so his will be much more apparent through and through

Yeah, that last pic, and Cyp's clock is more like I envisioned 561nm.

@ LeHap- Alex, if your mustard is that color, you've had it too long, don't use it!

Since I had to hue shift it towards red I'll have to see if setting it towards red on my camera will produce better results. Or it may just need another laser beside it to make the camera realize there's a different color there. Idk I'll figure it out. I know most people edit their colors after the photos to save hassle but I like to try and figure it out through the camera. Figure the cameras are $300+ there's gotta be a way on there somehow.

i call it vomit green XD

id love to see it in person, but its a bit expensive for me.

glad you got it though! and i hope everyone else gets theirs safely.

Can't wait to see everyone else's excitement and photos of theirs. Still need to mess around with the color settings on my camera.

Edit: MUCH better set my camera coloring all the way to red almost.

Very nice. interesting choice making it CW. probably has the pulsed driver in it though. you probably could change it easily. It really likes it cold. I'm not surprised it mode hops a lot. fresh batteries probably help in that department with short run times. using it as a pointer it probably doesn't matter too much, but definitely if you wanted a longer run time pulsing would likely make it run a lot better. Too bad I wasn't able to afford one.

steve, that's a beautiful photo, you might want to re-size to 800 max. width though. :D
All these cool 561nm images; I can't wait for the others to show up!
