532nm diode?






Yes, it's DPSS. Look at their homepage. It shows all the diode, and DPSS wavelengths.
 
it also says 'operating current - 700mA' for only 150mW. diodes aren't that inefficient.

After checking out the link...

I would venture that these are the modules used in their 532nm pen lasers.

The first driver is identical to the one found within the pens, the module itself looks identical as well, down to the screw down backplate.
