Granted it doesn't burn things, it isn't focusable (I don't really care =P) it is by far, one of the coolest things I have ever had in my posession...sp
Pros:
~~~Beam easily noticable in lit room
~~~Beam HIGHLY visible in darkness (so far I can;t do a nightime check, but dark garage is a yes!)
~~~BRIGHT!!!
~~~'Heavy' feeling, not heavy as in it weighs a ton, but it feels...'right' like it 'should' be a semi-high powered laser.
Cons:
~~~No burning (didn't really expect it though...)
~~~Beam divergence is large/fast, from one side of my garage to the other, the beam width grew by about .5-1inch
ALSO! Do I really need protection from the IR of a 50mw green? I'm only looking at beam and stuff, not burning so I won't have too many reflection problems. I just won't want to have to pay for it, now for my red, and any other high powered one, I'll be getting glasses, trust me. I'm actually not even using my red because of the loss of glasses.
FINALLY!!! For only $20, I feel really happy about my new laser =D. First time I powered it up, I couldn't help but let out a Tool Time grunt/laugh at what I saw!:crackup:
