Hey guys I have 4 more of these diodes I would like to sell before the eclipse.

They are the higher Wavelength SB147EC91 ones. They have not been put on a spectrometer.
Compared to my 503 None of these are much greener to the eye.

Sorry no picture but my Camera is Out of commission ATM.

Bare diode only $22 each free shipping flash sale ends in a week.

What wavelength are they typically?

The three I measured were 508nm to 510nm at 200 mA. It was a small number, but they were consistent.

I'm assuming they were closer to 505nm at lower currents?

Not as much as you might think. At 60 mA they ranged from 506.4nm to 508nm.

I did measure several 473nm or what were called "480"nm. They ranged from 473 at 60 mA up to as high as 478nm and one 480nm at 200+ mA.

I lucked out and got a high wavelength one. I use it everyday as it has become my favorite laser now. I haven't measured it again since I put it in a build and I really need to do that. It is 477nm at the very least. :yh:
