50-100mw pen style focusable??

Can anyone point me towards a reasonably priced pen style 50-100mw green focusable? The usual suspects (DX, O-Like, Rayfoss) don't seem to have anything.

Megagreen in the UK are the only stockists I have found, but at £125 (~ US$ 190) it's more than I want to pay.

Alternatively, is there a builder out there who has built an add-on focusing adapter for pen style greenies?

Isn't the definition of pen style mean that it looks like a pen? With that, it wouldn't be focusable, right? I'm new to lasers, though, so I'm not sure...
