Hi, I need to build a 4S 18650 battery pack and was wondering how could I charge it in series. This is not related to lasers but could also be useful for many people. I will be using 4x TrustFire 2500mAh (Blues) inside a series holder, and since I don't know much about electronics I'm here to ask if THIS is what I need to charge (and balance) all 4 cells in series. If it is, do I connect the load (device that will be using the 14.8v) and power supply (device that will charge the cells) to the same place (P+ / P-)?

get a hobby grade charger. Most will allow you to balance and charge up to 6-12 cells. Plus discharge etc.

A suggestion regarding the TF cells..Not very good cells..
Look around here and note some of capable 18650's
that are available.

Hobbyking.com is a good place for chargers...Cheap and
it will take a few weeks
