450mW Red : your opinion

Just found that on eBay:
High Power Laser Module -- 450 mw -- Cutting Burning en vente sur eBay.fr (fin le 13-oct.-10 21:00:46 Paris)

Sounds pretty good value for money, but what do you think?

What shall we expect from a 100€ 450mw? Will it be reliable?
