445nm driver that can be fast switched

Hi I'm looking for a constant current driver that can be switched on/off quickly and won't spike an M140 diode for an engraver/cutter project. Size of driver not an issue - any recommendations?

If you need a driver with modulation here are a few options.
Flexmod P3. Pretty much the standard but usually on backorder.

I suspect half of this is knowing what to search for. I think I'll get this:

3A analog laser diode driver with thermal protection for 445nm 638nm 520nm diode | eBay

It includes the NTC thermistor for thermal protection. Not bad for $33.60 + delivery.

DTR I'll probably be calling on you at some point for an M140/Nichia NDB7875 with suitable lensing.
