405nm Laser Build Question

I'm not sure if this is a common issue for the amount of hours most people log on their laser diodes for other purposes, but these diodes do not have an unlimited life expectancy. It seems to be pretty common for the laser module to be the first component that fails on these printers, if the printer is well cared for.
