The highest output 405nm laser diodes measured by how far we can reliably overdrive them are the Sharp GH04W10A2GC
There are other slightly different part numbers but in my testing they are all essentially the same.
The're multi mode but divergence is pretty good, better than the m-140.
I drive mine @ 1.25A and get about 1750mw with a G8 lens, but for up close cutting/burning you should use a G2 lens.
Remember to wear the appropriate laser safety glasses to attenuate the wavelength you are working with and always lase safely.
