They arent avaiable atm. They stopped producing them and work on the new 400mW diodes now.
So only nichia has some, for about 3200€ or so. I can ask if you want to.

The Nichia one's are quite a bit too expensive. Are there any other alternatives?

Sharp has a 380nm diode, GH0382AA2G, though it may be hard to get...

1W 375s are slated for next year on yet another company's lineup as well.

Apparently Sharp refuses to sell them to China, meaning my contacts and other sellers like Beamq can't actually get them at the moment
