Does anyone knows about the existence of 280nm - 315nm high powerd focusable handheld laser devices or laser pointers,...;)

I know 355nm is THG of 1064nm, incredibly expensive and hardly portable. I can only imagine how complex some of the lower wavelengths are too make. I know Excimer Lasers can produce well below 300nm radiation, but those are huge, expensive and VERY dangerous.
 
Pretty soon we'll need lead goggles.

An x-ray laser would be neat though. In the wrong hands...well you know where that is going!
 
Best bet would be to try and contact someone like CNI I would think. If it can be made reasonably in a handheld they can probably do it.
