Anyone know where to find this size other than a "fire" brand? The goal is to fit a couple of batteries into a "C" size maglight. I purchased a couple of purple Efest IMR 26500 but they are slightly too wide to fit. I can obviously fit other sizes with sleeves but I would like to actually get ones that fit.
Also while we are at it it would seem like an Equivalent "D" cell would be something like a 36500 but I don't see those either. Was it (2) 36650 with the spring cut down?

After a little searching, all I found so far, are these from Fasttech. Although, they do look suspiciously like an ....fire brand.

Are they protected? Protected batteries are ever so slightly wider. Try mtnelectronics.com they have trustworthy lions for C sized flashlights

No, they are not protected. I'll take a look at the links.
See the fasttech 2 choices. Weird that there's no information where they came from.
Didn't see 25500 at that site Auto
Thinking it would be better to just use legit cells with sleeves at this point rather than using unknowns. It's not like I "need" them but it's nice when pieces/parts come together smooth.

Has anyone gone to I believe the store Interstate thats on tv adds that claim they have every battery out there. I think its Interstate or am I wrong? The whole color theme is green and yellow on the there batterys and stores
