These are the 20x Lite On Brand Open Can Diodes. They sell for about $40AUD on ebay for the driver.
I've got 4-6 of these, and are selling them at [highlight]$20 AUD per sled or diode[/highlight]. You can have the whole sled or i can remove the diode for you for extra $2 and you will get all the optics and magnets and IR diode that are removed from it.
I'm not making money from selling these, its just i have some left over. But if you buy more than 1 than i'll charge you for harvesting 1 time only, meaning if you buy 2 or 3 you will only pay $2 once and not $6.
If you require an Aixiz module you can get them from others on here, i dont have any modules for now, but have some on the way, but i will see how many diode i got left and i will sell the rest of the Aixiz module.
