200mW Red Focusable Laser Order Problem

Just wondering if anyone has purchased the well known 200mW Focusable Red Laser on BudgetGadgets. Just sent them my money through PayPal over four hours ago yet my order still seems to be pending along with 3 others? I have heard about some problems with their delivery before but this does not even say if it is shipped on the My Account section or if they recieved their payment? I mean it would only seem normal to me for them to tell me if they recieved the payment and what the next steps are. Order says "Pending" and I onlyu got charged for 1 order as I followed through and the $57 dollars for the battery and charger has be sent to them but the other two that I never sent a ayment also say pending.

And 1 more thing, if it is because it's 3am in Hong Kong atm do they process orders in the morning and if so how long it take to ship to the UK and would there be any Customs issues?

Why did you buy it from budgetgadgets? it's much cheaper on dealextreme!
