great pics jase!!!!! i love the last one, pure scribble ;D ;D ;D the liquid sky one looks really cool too! the RGY scanners red and yellow isn't very bright compared to all that green, but i guess your camera still doesn't pick up the yellow, and the green is 200mw right?
great work ;) love the tv in the background ;D ;D ;D ;D

Sweet pictures, some of those could make some amazing desktop wallpapers.

Is there any way I can get some more info on the scanner(s)?

Bryan

I'm sorry but can someone better educate me on scanners like this, are they expensive or hard to set up? They seem very interesting.

Can you build one easily? Also will it look good if I hook up maybe the laser from the GB I'm making? I just love the idea of this It would be so kickass to just have and play around with.

Yea I saw that and it is what interested me. So you can get all kids of cool projections, I mean its not like an x/y where you can actually project images or animations but it still is cool. An x/y is probably out of my reach but what paper did seams pretty cheap and simple plus it should have some good results.

I did a search for diy laser scanner on google. There are some very interesting results.

Yea I found some things too. I am also going to see if I can get any info out of paper about his rig. That is probably what I am looking for, cheap, easy to build, great results. Its still dangerous though, right? I mean it is just a powerful laser just going really quickly through the air onto the wall. Just want to make sure.

You will be fine as long as you don't look into it, and don't aim it at a reflective surface...like a mirror.. ;) Having it aimed at a white wall is fine.
