200mw green laser

I have a green 200mw laser and I wonder if I see the dot of the laser on a white wall 1 meter or 3 feet away, will I hurt my eyes for looking at it for 1 minute?:thanks:

Im sure it could, you should be using your laser glasses when working in close quarters. You could be damaging your eyes and not even notice it for some time later. Check out this post...

Should be fine if you don't look directly at it. Make sure to keep your eyes moving and don't stare at the dot!

I would read this story then, he had a 30mw green... He updates through out it...

Thanks everybody, I will be very very very VERY carful with my lasers since it is so dangerous. I am glad I bought a pair of safety glasses
