200mW for $70? (300mW Pulsed)

Just came across this on ebay, all looks good especially for the price just that its on ebay makes me wonder if this is actually legit or not. The power meter he had shows 162mW in the video but can that really be trusted?

If I can get a 300mW pulsed red pointer for $70 then I may buy a few of these.

The guy goes to all of the trouble of designing and building this amazingly cool driver.  He assembles everything carefully.  He writes up a very thorough auction . . . . . . . .



. . . .  .AND THEN he posts a video of it with depleted batteries  !!!!!?????!!!!!!   :-? :  ;D
