No he didn't. I think it took close to 2 weeks in total from order date to arrive.

re: blue light - I thought it indicated it was a Police helicopter but I am unsure.

Sounds like he was looking for the beam. I have heard they can spot the beam, the body using it, and the host if still hot when dropped... From a heli...

Yes they can. If a beam is directed towards a heli they can see exactly where its coming from and will treat it as. Endangering another person!
Rhey wil turn there heat sencing cameras on and then get ground units to find that person and they will arrest you!

Once spotted by a heli. Its impossible to get away

I lost a Heli when younger in a paddle boat in the gulf and went under a dock, ran through a hotel and stopped every time it went over. It could not find me with all the bodies in the hotel
