200-300 mW diodes?!?

I need some help guys, I am looking for a 520 nm diode that is going to output 200-300 mW for my next build. Any idea where I can find these for a good price? I really want to make a quality burning green laser for my next build. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Matt

Currently there's only a 50mW green diode. It can be pushed to around 110 mW ish. All you can do if you want a 520 nm of that much power is to wait for the 1W one to come out, or combine two of the current diodes' outputs (knife edge, etc.) but that's too expensive.

DTR should have the 120mW PL520 B1 in stock next week. Not much is known about it but if it is as robust as the 50mW diode it can probably be pushed to 200-250mW safely. It will probably cost around $120+ for the diode alone.
