2.5W laser damaged my phone screen

Hello every one,
Today I was taking some beam shots and somehow my phone managed to get in front of a fully focused beam from a 2.5W 445. Please don't ask how. So any way it's left some sort of scar on the creep. Not burn marks, because I can only see the blue scratch when the screen is on. When it's off its fine.
Please any one have suggestions as to what I can do. Or what happened? I was going to sell this phone. It's a samsung s4

You're outta luck, you have permanently damaged the lcd and even worse is the cost of replacing a samsung screen
