So after waiting a perilously long time for Flaminpyro's AMAZING focus adapter(no worries :bowdown, I've finally gotten all the parts of my blue burner together.

You got a 9mm in there and whats it driven at?

M140 diode
driven at 1.8A

Unfortunately its not 2.5W unless its a super efficient diode and has a G series lens in it. My M140 driven at 1.8A does 2.16W and that is SUPER efficient, doesn't get much better than mine. Does 2.5-2.6W with a G1 lens but thats the only way you can get a M140 to hit 2.5W unless you are 1 in a million and have the best M140 ever

M140s at 1.8A are normally in the 1.5-1.8W area, 1.9W is less common and 2W+ is super efficient.

Either way, you did a great job. Looks really sleek. Personally I would anodize the focus adapter to make it look sleeker but it looks great as is :beer:

Well you may have 2.5W but you should get it metered! No fun guessing the power! You must want to know the real output of it, dont ya?
