What diodes do you use, and what power meter do you test with, if its not a secret?

no its not a secret, but not 100% sure what diodes these are.

they are rated at 150mw and wont go any higher no matter how much power you put into them.

im using a die4laser power meter

I was just wanderring if its a thermal power meter or laser check type.
The chances these diodes are 658nm are great, and testing it at 650nm setting on laser check (which I noticed is often done arround here) changes results by tens of milliwats.

its a thermal one, i have checked it against professional ones and its pretty correct. it might be 1 or 2 mw out but thats normal.

got 2x 300mw pens coming very soon

i'm very interested in either the 160mw or 170mw, but about how long does it take to ship to U.S. because I go on spring break with the family march 20....and i just want to be here when it arrives so it's not sitting outside.
