1W 808nm LD and AMC7135 driver from XtremeDeal

hi guy,
brought some 1W 808nm LD from eBay.
now hunting for drivers to drive it.
having read all possible threads available in particular the thread by Ron using AMC7135 back in 2008 but inconclusive.

please help me out is the connection as below correct:
since the diode is 1W TO-5 type i believe the 1050mA will be safe without killing the LD due to some losses, whereas 1400mA is just too high. is that rite?

this is in the wrong section dude, 808nm is infrared which you cannot/hardly see with the human eye.
should be in this section: Blue, Yellow, & Other Colored Lasers - Talk about blue, yellow, infrared, ultraviolet and other colored lasers.

looks like a negative regulated driver (your diode is case positive) so i imagine it will work.

1400mA probably wont kill straight away but may kill it after a while, don't quote me on that tho.
