I got the blue ice JAD kit from yob and an m140 diode from dtr. The kit says its a direct press Heatsink no aixiz module required. How do I get this diode more than flush in this Heatsink?

If you do not have a diode press. People have used all sorts of objects.

You want to find something round that is slightly smaller than the diameter of the back of the diode but does not crush or cut the pins. A small socket, antenna tube, or anything similar will work.

The diode isn't straight, be careful not to shatter the diode glass.
