is there any material on good goggles which would make it to expensive, impossible for these to be good?

It's not impossible for these to be good, but the specs are fake. Good gogles are certified. The EN207 or EN208 certification involves quite a lot, besides testing if it keeps the rated protection for 10 seconds or 100 pulses, it involves:

no Q-Switch-Effect
low dioptrical effects
quality of materials and surface
low stray light < 0,5 cd/m²lx
no secondary radiation
UV-resistance
thermal resistance
field of vision >40°
shatter resistance

The OD of these goggles isn't even tested. It would probably work, but it's not guaranteed, which defies the whole point of safety. Safety isn't that it probably won't go wrong, safety is to be sure in case of an accident. It's an accident after all.
