Hey y'all,
I hope this doesn't sound too stupid, but I've searched and searched and can't find the answer....
What is the wavelength of the gb 16x diodes? ::)
I'm guessing they're 650nm due to the deep red, but I really don't have anything to compare it to... :-?

I think an overdriven one at about 150mW would be closer to 670nm, or so I've read....

Deep red would be over 650nm, 635nm is more orange!!!!!!!!

The exact wavelength depends on temperature (not current per se, as long as you cool it). At room temperature you're looking around 658 nm, which increases a couple of nm when it heats up to unpleasant levels.

Thanks, that was exactly what I was looking for.. :D

How'd you know I have a 150 mW burner from Daedal?! :o
