16340 vs cr123's

So I purchased a yobresal blue ice had kit and it says it requires 2x 16340's does anyone know if I can instead use 2x cr123 rechargeable 3.2v batts? If not where can I find the best 16340's that are rechargeable and compatible with 1.2A buck driver

RCR123A are rechargeable 16340 cells.

Avoid ____fire cells.

Tenergy is probably a decent brand.
