10600nm Laser for less than 200$?

I'm looking around for a 10 watt minimum, 10600 laser, having the large box unit is ok as long as it has a handheld emitter, like those used with surgical lasers. If you guys know where I can find or make something like this lemme know!

10.6 micron is CO2 line. The laser itself can easily be had for $200.00 and at much more than 10W. I do not know about coupling to a handheld emitter.

Sounds like a death ray. What on earth would you want with such a handheld other than trouble.
This is a very dangerous object if you succeed.
