UPDATED 8/17/2012 NEED THIS GONE, I have other projects going on not laser related and I could use the money to fund those projects. NEW PRICE $60 a kit. I have them on ebay also but they are more expensive over there due to fees, etc.

Guys I have (2) 445nm kits left, they are A140 diodes installed already on the module ready for a host.

I ordered some 3.7v drivers and they sent me the wrong ones, the ones they sent me requires 6.5v input suitable for a 1watt 445nm diode. I prefer just to sell the kit for those of you who want to use bigger hosts or plan to use other drivers.

THE PRICE IS FOR THE KIT and includes:
1) Aixiz Laser Module with AR coated 3 element glass lens (diode already pressed in place)
2) Laser Diode 1.2 watt 445nm Diode (A140) (already installed on the module)
3) Laser Driver, 6.5v input , 17mm x 21mm (smaller than the heatsink) (Requires TWO 3.7V - 4.2V batteries 16340/CR123)
4) Aluminum Heat Sink 18mm x 40mm

Here is the driver info: (THIS IS NOT THE DRIVER USED ON MY CUSTOM LASER BELLOW)

1.Suitable for 500mw and 1000mw 445nm Blue laser diode.
2.Circuit Control:For constantly current output @ 6.5V input.
3.Size:17*21mm(W*L)
4.Circuit Protection:Reverse Polarity Protection and Quick Switch Protection
5.Solder connection: To solder the laser diode's 3 PINs by its nature order .
6.Polarity Defination:Module house is the positive and the end of the pad is negative (Please read the sign on the board)
7.Recommended Power Supply: 2pcs 3.7V-4.2 16340/CR123 Li battery

You may want to answer a few of these questions in your thread.

What is the current of the driver? What is the max input voltage?
That AR coated lens is a 3 element right?
Does the module have a spring for tension on the focus?
Does the module comes with the standard aixiz focus ring or a different focus?
What shipping method are you using?

No problem, I have 2 left and I have them on ebay also so they may sell soon, I have a kit without heatsink I can sell for $55 shipped also.
