I don't believe that there are any commercial devices(that we know of) that use them yet and from what I understand there has not been much luck buying them from Nichia suppliers directly for less than $1500 each.:undecided:

Your best bet at the time being is the 1W which we regularly drive to 1.5W-2W.:beer:
