Not iwth my current budget ! I may be selling off some of my handheld lasers shortly - need some money for a big purchase, and that is the only way I can sneak it past the wifey ! LOL !!

AAAnyway.
It is a SINGLE MODE diode. And it's been on ebay for ages.
The way it works is to have a reasonable powered seed diode, like 50mw or so. This pumps something which is called a diode amplifier chip. It works something like a regular emitting diode but it doesn't emit any photons without a seed laser.
It's worth a crapload more than it's going for but nobody knows enough about them to bother buying it.
